One such company is CBD manufacturer, All World Products created by husband and wife team Paul & Sonia Shrive who are based in the North West of England specialising in skincare and bespoke recreational CBD Concentrates including shatters and crumbles.
Their products are available wholesale under the popular brand CBD Leafline and they also offer a while label service. This friendly duo have a clear appreciation for the hemp plant with Paul having first encountered it at the age of 15 when he spent some time living in Nairobi, Africa.
Paul: “It was here that I witnessed first hand how the African people used the hemp plant in various ways throughout their daily lives, not only for its health and well-being benefits but also to build homes and to make things like clothes and ropes. Utilising the plant was completely normal and accepted by everyone”.
After returning to the UK it would be many years until the laws changed around the hemp plant and the two could begin to pursue their passion. In 2016 Cannabidiol (CBD) was finally acknowledged for its benefits and classed as a food supplement in the UK, allowing the active ingredient to be infused into a range of products for consumption and topical use. Reflecting on Paul’s time in Africa and with the fledgling CBD industry starting in the UK the pair began
extensive research and set about developing their own range of UK Compliant Premium CBD infused products.
“Paul's experience in manufacturing, distribution and wholesale and my experience in marketing and customer service has equipped us well for our adventure. We believe that everything happens for a reason and that our previous qualifications and prior experiences in the health, fitness and beauty industry have all been part of the journey that has led us to where we are now” said Sonia.
Taking the time to carefully develop a range of health and beauty products in their own UK based facility has clearly paid off with them already bagging a haul of awards for their CBD skincare products and oils at the Beauty Shortlist Awards 2021 which are judged by independent beauty experts from across the globe including the UK, USA and Australia.
CBD Leafline picked up an impressive 4 accolades including the Editor’s Choice award for their natural CBD Skincare Oil which is vegan friendly, can be used all over the body; including the face and contains no parabens or sulphates.
They also won awards for both their Hyaluronic Acid Serum and the Skin Rejuvenating Night cream and were Finalists for their Marine Collagen Eye Gel which incorporates CBD with seaweed derived marine collagen, apple & green tea extract, aloe-vera, arnica, vitamin E and passionfruit seed oil.
If that little haul of treasures wasn’t enough they also won The Wellness Category 2021 Editor’s Choice award for both their lemon and peppermint CBD oils which are available in a range of strengths and have also been recognised in a recent article by The Extract magazine as one of their recommended products.
